Our blood group is a characteristic that we inherit, genetically determined which in the same time determines several aspects of our existence. There are several blood types (A, B, AB or O) and their rhesus or Rh factor (positive or negative) as an identity card on each cell, i.e. an inherited protein found on the surface of the red blood cells. If the blood has the protein, then the rhesus is positive, on the contrary if the blood lacks this protein then the Rh is negative.  It is normal to imagine that this affects our health, our responses to stress, climate, our immunity and even our personality.

DIET AND BLOOD TYPE
People with blood type O should consume more protein such as meat and fish. People in group A should avoid meat and prefer vegetables. People in group B should avoid chicken and consume red meat while group AB will benefit from seafood and lean meat.


BLOOD GROUP AND DISEASES
According to statistics people in groups A and AB are more exposed to the risk of heart disease; people in group B have more nervous and degenerative diseases, type O is exposed to diabetes and infections.

BLOOD GROUP AND REACTION TO STRESS
The carriers of blood type O are very angry and impulsive. These people have a higher level of adrenaline and need more time to recover from stressful situations.

BLOOD ANTIGENS
Blood antigens are not only present in the blood but elsewhere. For instance, they are present in the digestive tract, from the mouth to the colon and in the lungs and nostrils.

BLOOD GROUP AND WEIGHT PROBLEMS
People who have blood type O are more prone to fat around the belly than those with blood type A who rarely know this problem.

People in blood group A are more prone to stress, and they need relaxing and soothing exercises like yoga and meditation. Group B people will prefer tennis, martial arts and climbing.  Group O respond well to intense exercise (weight training, running, biking, swimming, aerobics).
