A Two-Step Treatment That Helps You Stop Hair Loss and Premature Graying!

Nevertheless, in this article we shall concentrate solely of one use, and that is its indispensible use in the hair treatment. The commercial hair shampoos contain harmful substances which after long period of use can cause damage to the scalp resulting in dandruff and greasiness.  Your hair will be perfectly clean by using baking soda, and at the same time will help you to regrow your hair and restore its natural shine.

This hair treatment is comprised of two steps.

First Step

You need to prepare the following solution.

Needed Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of sodium bicarbonate
  • 3 cups of water

Directions:

For shorter hair, use lower quantities, but in the same proportions. In the beginning it may seem strange to you to rinse your head without the presence of foam, but as soon as you notice the results, you will be more than amazed. Use this mixture on your head by massaging the scalp. Spread it evenly, and leave it to stand for around 5 minutes. After that period rinse it with warm water.

Second Step

This step is done for even better results. Now, you need to prepare this solution:

Needed Ingredients:

  • 4 cups of water
  • 1 cup of vinegar

Directions:
Combine these two ingredients, and then the resulting solution needs to be applied onto your hair by performing a massage. Let it stay for 5 minutes, and after that wash it off with a large amount of water. If the smell of the vinegar bothers you, then just add a couple of drops of essential oil of lavender or mint.

Note: Be careful for the solution not to come near your eyes because if it comes in contact with your eyes can cause a rather unpleasant irritation.
