Baking Soda Shampoo

Baking soda on the other hand is great for your hair because it removes build up and residue of styling products. It will leave your hair feeling amazing and clean with more body. Great for people with oily hair too!

Start by mixing 3-4 tablespoon of baking soda and 2 cups of water in a bottle. After wetting your hair in the shower, just squirt it on the roots of your hair and rub it in. This is a gentler way to clean your hair with fewer chemicals than regular shampoo and no detergents that strip the natural oils from your hair.
After washing and rinsing with the baking soda mixture, you’ll want to apply a vinegar rinse.

Vinegar Rinse as conditioner

Mix 1 part white or apple cider vinegar with 4 parts water. If you take 1/2 cup vinegar mix it with 2 cups of water. To minimize the vinegar smell, you can add 5 drops of Lavender or Rosemary Essential oil to the vinegar mixture.Tilt your head back, and distribute through your hair. After a few minutes, rinse with cold water. The vinegar rinse will smooth the hair, adds moisture and shine to your hair.
